The strategy aims not only to improve the effectiveness of the Anti-Corruption Court, but also to ensure its contribution to the implementation of national priorities, in particular those set out in the Roadmap on the Rule of Law on the Path to EU Membership.
“The strategy is a unique document, our roadmap, which defines five strategic expected outcomes of the High Anti-Corruption Court’s activities for 2026-2028. Namely: effective justice; operational efficiency; resource capacity; systemic communication; sustainable organisational culture and judicial self-government. The implementation of this Strategy should contribute to further strengthening public confidence in the High Anti-Corruption Court, increasing its resilience in wartime conditions, and laying the foundation for stable development in the future,” said Vira Mykhailenko, Chair of the High Anti-Corruption Court.
