The Model Courts Initiative

‘Model Courts’ is an initiative aimed at introducing modern solutions in the field of court administration to improve the quality of court services, strengthen trust in justice, and improve the experience of citizens’ interaction with courts. The initiative was launched by the EU Project ‘Pravo-Justice’, which has long supported the Ukrainian judicial system on its path to change, aimed at European standards of openness, efficiency and citizen-centredness. Within the framework of this project, a number of model solutions were created, which became a benchmark for the development of a modern, customer-oriented court.

The Reanimation Package of Reforms
On June 23,2022, Ukraine received EU candidate status and began the accession negotiation process. This process involves preparing the candidate country to implement EU lead and standards. The Reanimation Package of Reforms tracks the Ukraine’s progress in implementing the requirements.
