In April 2025, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine registered the Draft Law “On the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for Human Rights”, reg. No. 13181 of 17.04.2025 (hereinafter — Draft No. 13181, the Draft Law). The ZMINA Human Rights Center has prepared an analysis of the draft law.
