In wartime, there is an urgent need to effectively assess corruption and other risks that may arise in the functioning of local self-government bodies. Understanding these risks will form the basis for further improvement of the local government system, taking into account the principles of efficiency and transparency. Proper risk management will help ensure the proper functioning of regional policy bodies and promote transparent dialogue between local government bodies and the population.
