Competition for positions at the CCU under the Parliament’s quota: the Advisory Group of Experts announced the results of the candidates’ competency assessments

An Advisory Group of Experts has summarised the findings of the assessment phase regarding the competence of candidates for positions as judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine who are participating in the competitive selection process announced by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy.

As a next step, the Advisory Group of Experts will thoroughly review the list of candidates standing for the two positions of Constitutional Court judge allocated to Parliament, and will subsequently hold a meeting to draw up a ranked list of these candidates. This list will then be forwarded to the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy for further selection procedures.
