Competition for the post of ARMA head: only one candidate has progressed to the next stage

27.03.2026
The selection committee for the chair of ARMA has announced the results of the cognitive ability test: only one candidate passed it — Viktor Dubovyk, who heads the Directorate for Legal Policy at the Office of the President.

The Commission has decided to continue with the selection process. Terminating the selection process at this stage without a legal basis would, on the contrary, create a significantly higher risk of an appeal from a candidate who has passed all the required tests. The tests must therefore continue.

Only after successfully passing all stages may the candidate be included in the proposal for appointment. If, based on the results, the candidate is rejected, the Commission must hold a new competition.
