The European Business Association’s Committee on Lobbying and Transparent Policies initiated a survey among GR specialists of the Association’s member companies on the application of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Lobbying’ and registration in the NACP Transparency Register.
The survey results show that the vast majority of businesses (88%) need additional official clarification on the application of the Lobbying Act. Businesses are interested in transparent and understandable rules for interacting with public authorities, but expect greater certainty and practical clarification on the application of the new legislation.
It should be noted that according to the NACP Transparency Register, as of 11 March 2026, the total number of registered lobbying entities was 159, with 142 active lobbying entities.
