The proposed recommendations cover key areas of reforming Ukraine’s migration policy: from improving institutional capacity and coordination of relevant bodies to systematising legislation through the development of a Migration Code. Particular attention is paid to the need to adapt electoral legislation to European standards in the context of future EU membership and to legal instruments aimed at promoting repatriation policy.
