New competition announced for two positions of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine

By Decision No. 5 of the Council of Judges of Ukraine dated January 22, 2026, a new competition has been announced for the selection of candidates for two positions of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, with applications (along with accompanying documents) accepted from persons wishing to assume the position of judge of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine from January 23, 2026 to February 21, 2026 inclusive.

Documents should be submitted to the Council of Judges of Ukraine at: 18/5 Lypska Street, Kyiv, in person by 5:00 PM on February 21, 2026, with simultaneous submission of scanned copies in PDF format to e-mail: davidenko@court.gov.ua by midnight on February 21, 2026.
Applications submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
