The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) has adopted a resolution on reforming the bar, as provided for in the Roadmap approved by the Government in May 2025. The document reflects the legal community’s position on the key areas of reform necessary for Ukraine to fulfil its European integration commitments in the field of justice. Thus, the resolution emphasises that reforming the legal profession is an integral part of Ukraine’s European course and must take place in parallel with strengthening the role of lawyers in the justice system.
