This report outlines the results of monitoring the state of affairs, problems and recommendations for their solution in the areas covered by the section ‘Justice and Fundamental Rights’ of the European Commission’s Report on Ukraine in 2023 within the European Union Enlargement Package. The report was prepared in cooperation with Agency for Legislative Initiatives, Transparency International Ukraine, Tomorrow’s Lawyer and the Ukrainian Bar Association.
