Since the start of its judicial activities, over six years ago, the High Anti-Corruption Court has not been provided with suitable premises. The urgency of this issue is growing as the latest stage of the selection process for new judges draws to a close. It should be recalled that, following special sessions of the High Council of Justice and the Public Evaluation Committee, 22 candidates confirmed their integrity and remained in the competition. The arrival of new colleagues at the High Anti-Corruption Court and the Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court requires the creation of suitable conditions for their work and the administration of justice.
