Ukraine expects the first negotiation cluster to open soon

Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka informed his European colleagues of Ukraine’s readiness to open the first cluster, ‘Fundamentals of the EU Accession Process.’ The government official also expressed hope for unity among EU members on the issue of enlargement.

This Ukrainian position was emphasised by the Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration during online meetings with European colleagues on the eve of an informal meeting of European Union ministers for European affairs with the participation of enlargement countries, which will take place in Copenhagen (Denmark).
