How to upgrade EU benchmarking in Fundamentals: the case of judicial reform in Ukraine
One of the main conditions for assessing a country’s readiness for accession is the rule of law, as defined in Article 2 of the TEU. This study attempts to find a balance between flexibility and clarity in the example of judicial reform, which would contribute to more effective accession negotiations for Ukraine.
