Coordination meeting on advocating for an appropriate revision of the Civil Code of Ukraine: “Good Practice vs Human Rights. What might be the common approaches to advocating for an appropriate revision of the Civil Code of Ukraine?”

Representatives from various sectors will have the opportunity to exchange views, agree on a common approach to advocacy and coordinate further action with a view to influencing the content of the amendments for the second reading.

Event: ‘Roadmap on the Rule of Law: One Year On’.

European integration indicators in the areas of fundamental rights and migration: public consultation

The event will discuss the implementation plan for European indicators relating to fundamental rights, migration and border management. The event is organised by the UCEP in partnership with the Centre for Civil Liberties, the NGO ‘Europe Without Barriers’ and the public association ‘EuroHub’, with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation and the European Union as part of the ‘Joining the EU Together’ initiative.

III Anti-Corruption Conference

The event is organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association. The conference will address issues such as practical aspects of interaction between anti-corruption institutions, the role of the courts and the bar, and the balance between public interest and the guaranteed right to defense.
