The Government approved the National Program for Adapting Ukrainian Legislation to EU Law
The program is one of the main elements of the EU accession process. It contains a complete list of EU law acts that have not yet been implemented into Ukrainian legislation and for which there are relevant recommendations from the European Commission.

The lack of suitable premises is jeopardising the administration of justice: judges from the HACC have appealed to the President of Ukraine to intervene
Providing the HACC with adequate logistical support and permanent premises is explicitly required under Ukraine’s European integration commitments. According to the Rule of Law Roadmap, this phase was due to be completed by the third quarter of 2025, yet the matter remains unresolved.

The event is organised by the UCEP in partnership with the Centre for Civil Liberties, the NGO ‘Europe Without Barriers’ and the public association ‘EuroHub’, with the support of the International Renaissance Foundation and the European Union as part of the ‘Joining the EU Together’ initiative.

III Anti-Corruption Conference
The event is organized by the Ukrainian Bar Association. The conference will address issues such as practical aspects of interaction between anti-corruption institutions, the role of the courts and the bar, and the balance between public interest and the guaranteed right to defense. Separate sessions will be devoted to compliance and financial monitoring in the context of European integration, international legal cooperation and extradition, as well as current approaches to judicial practice in corruption cases.
